Worksites ("the Tool") is an independent sales tool for worksite voluntary-benefits reps. It has a public landing page where a prospective rep can request access, and a sign-in-protected workspace for authorized users. This policy describes what information the Tool collects and how it is used.
The Tool stores three categories of information:
The public landing page has a "Request access" form. If you choose to submit it, we collect the name, email address, metro, and optional carrier/IMO you enter. We use this solely to respond to you about access to Worksites. This information is:
We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than contacting you about Worksites. We keep access-request submissions only as long as needed to respond, and delete them within 12 months if you don't become a customer. To have your request and details removed sooner, reply to any email you receive from us, or submit the form again with "delete my data" in the carrier box, and we'll remove them within 30 days.
The Tool does not use cookies, third-party analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or any similar technology.
The Tool loads fonts from Google Fonts. As is standard for any web request, that service may record server-access logs (such as your IP address and user agent) when the fonts load. We do not receive those logs.
The Tool is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard hosting request logs as described in their privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Pipeline state and access-request submissions are stored on Supabase. Supabase's privacy policy is at supabase.com/privacy.
Access-request form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend. Resend's privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Map links on prospect cards open Google Maps in a new tab when tapped. Once you leave the Tool, Google's privacy policy applies.
The Tool serves business contact information (names, addresses, business phone numbers, hours) gathered from publicly available sources such as the businesses' own websites and public directories. This data is served from an access-controlled database to signed-in users only. It is business contact data, not consumer data, and the public pages of this site contain none of it.
If you have questions about your data or want to know what information may be stored about you, reply to any email from us, or use the request form on the homepage and say what you need in the carrier box. Authorized users can also ask the person who gave them access.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change.
