By accessing Worksites ("the Tool", located at toggle.town/worksites), you agree to these terms.
Worksites is an independent sales tool built for worksite voluntary-benefits field reps. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance carrier. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The Tool is provided for licensed voluntary-benefits representatives and their support staff for internal sales-prospecting purposes. Sharing your login with unauthorized parties, redistributing the contents, or scraping the contents is not permitted.
The Tool contains business contact information (names, addresses, phones, hours, brief descriptive notes) gathered from publicly available sources such as Google Maps and public business directories. While reasonable efforts are made to keep this information accurate, no warranty is made that any information is current, complete, or correct. You should verify all contact details before relying on them for outreach.
You are solely responsible for your outreach activities and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Worksites does not scrub against Do-Not-Call registries. "Verified" means a number was confirmed real and reachable. It does not mean the business has consented to contact, and it does not mean the number is safe to call or text under DNC, TCPA, or any other rule. You are responsible for consent and DNC compliance before calling or texting anyone.
Paid access is a monthly subscription that unlocks every live metro at the price stated on the homepage. It is month to month with no contract, and it renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You can cancel anytime from the Account screen in the app, which opens your billing portal. After you cancel you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Partial months are not refunded.
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Tool will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of the Tool will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tool, including but not limited to loss of business, data, revenue, or anticipated profits.
The operator may modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Tool at any time, with or without notice, and may change these terms by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (the home jurisdiction of the Tool's operator), without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
